  1. Weird! I just had a dream right before I woke up this morning that I was playing a wrestling game as Beth Phoenix. Then I find Beth Phoenix on the podcast. Awesome!

Also in the dream I had a pez dispenser in the likeness of one of my best friends. Unfortunately that part of the dream has yet to come true.

  2. The Masked Heel says:

I remember when I was about 8 or 9 at the old Market Square Arena in Indy, me and a friend was heckling The Warlord and he pointed over to us and told us to shut up.

That was my own little moment similar to what Beth had when Lawler called her and her brother “peons”.

I was like “Yes! A muscular bald headed guy carrying a wand with a ‘W’ on it told me to shut up! My life has meaning now!”

What a great, heartwarming story about Molly Holly! I never knew that my favorite women’s wrestler was so influential in getting my 2nd favorite women’s wrestler to her spot in WWE today.

  5. Matt says:

My Polish grandma used to watch wrestling as well. She loved Dick the Bruiser and Bobo Brazil. It must be a Polish immigrant thing.
