Man, this sir is amazing. I had already watches some matches of him, in CHIKARA, but “in person” is better. This is a gentleman. I was surprised by how much respect I actually have for him. Sharing a common interest and passion with people like John is unbelievable. Makes me damn proud of being a wrestling fan. Thank you, Mr. Saint.

Great episode! I am unfortunately unfamiliar with Johnny’s in-ring style but I’ll definitely be checking it out. It was a great interview. 70 and still kickin’ it in the ring? Amazing!
Also the Stu Stone song at the end of the podcast was boss. Such a great counterpoint to all the “I’m a chick and I’m amazing and everyone should worship at my feet” songs that are often written by teams of male songwriters.

This was truly spectacular. I check out the podcast every week, and when I saw the name on this one, I almost lost my mind. Honestly, CHIKARA helped me get into Johnny Saint. I saw him wrestle for them in 09 and my mind was blown, and I immediately started doing my research. Ever since then I’ve considered him one of the greatest of great greats. Words can’t even describe how awesome this was to me. Thank you, Colt!
