Great podcast this week. PAC is a british wrestler wrestling full time in Japan. PAC starts by telling his story, then really dives into the realism of being a performer on such a huge stage. Both the pressures and the reality of it all. A must listen.

This was a great podcast. I can understand why Colt felt this was an important one. PAC is such a talented wrestler and comes off as an extremely humble guy. The conversation that he and Colt had about insecurities is something that goes beyond professional wrestling, it is universal. It seemed like PAC felt that he had turned a corner in his career at the end of the podcast, which just goes to show how important and powerful The AOW can be.
Way too much information.
Damn I was hoping you’d save the Mucha Lucha theme for Ricochet!
I must admit that I kind of marked out over all the Newcastle talk. Best city in the UK, seriously. Great interview.
The last ten minutes or so of this podcast were awesome. Cheers Colt.
You can really hear the transformation from humble to open from start to finish in PAC. I really needed this podcast today actually, because I too have confidence problems and was planning on calling in to start setting up for a new path in college. This kind of helped me a bit and now I’m ready to face tomorrow.
hey colt! another great episode of AOW! keep up the good work! looking forward to the live on wth mikey whipreck!
also. crazy that u mention IF ANYTHING WERE TO HAPPEN TO BOURNE.. hes have a place to wrestle without WWE… i personally hope this isnt the last we’ve seen of EVAN on WWE TV!
Woa, Colt… Great interview. Very insightfull…
nice….very nice! PACs a good guy. hope 2 see him go far in the industry. he deserves it! 1 helluva wrestler too!
Colt Cabana Is A Former 3 Time World Champion Having held The NWA World title . JCW World title and the RCW World Heavyweight Champion.
………….. While im am a 7 time champion having held the Roh World title, Ecw World title, 3time World(WWE) title and 2 time WWE Heavy Weight Champion.
amazing to think such a gifted individual has insecurites like that truly moving made me take a look at my own insecurities!
best show to date. i first saw PAC on a backyard wrestling highlight. though most of the kids in the backyard fed were amazing, PAC’s talent blew them out the water. he’s the only wrestler i’ve seen do to reverse 450. he comes off as a a super HUMBLE guy it’s unbelievable and on top of that he has a fear of rejection?! maybe that’s why he’s so amazing in the ring…im currently living in the Philippines and i do hope to meet you there Colt Cabana. I think ill be the only guy there wearing a Colt Cabana t-shirt.
i like how that guy couldn’t even get all of cm punk’s title reigns right. if you’re going to pointlessly troll, at least learn some semblance of proper grammar and get your facts straight.
oh, and great podcast, colt. this was one of the better ones in a while.
I already had a good deal of respect for PAC after following him in DGUSA and having read of how much of a nice guy he is. That respect has ballooned after listening to this podcast. PAC is one of the few guys out there today who can legitimately do things that no other guy can. To have achieved such a high level in this sport(y entertainment) despite having the constant belief that you will fail and nobody gives a shit about you make it so much of a bigger achievement. I have that same constant fear of rejection, but instead of facing it and achieving such great things, I have all too often hidden behind it as an excuse to not even try in the first place, both on a social level and a professional level. PAC, you are the goddamn man, big big BIG respeck and t’ing.
